Food Recipe for Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients

½ kg boneless chicken
2 eggs
1 packet of bread crumbs
Oil for frying
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp white pepper powder
2 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp white vinegar
Salt to taste

Method
Crush ½ kg boneless chicken. Add 2 tbsp corn flour, salt to taste, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp white pepper powder, 2 tbsp soya sauce and 2 tbsp white vinegar and mix well. Keep aside for 20 minutes. Dip chicken boti in beaten eggs and coat with bread crumbs. In a wok, heat oil and deep fry chicken nuggets on medium flame until golden brown. Chicken nuggets are ready to serve.
