What is Depression?

Depression is an illness that involves the body, mood and thoughts.
It affects the way a person eats and sleep, the way they feel about them selves, and the way they feel about other things.
It is not a sign of personal weakness or a condition that can be willed or wished away.
Serious cases of depression not only destroy the life of that person but also its family.
