Rahon mai theher ja'on, manzil se guzer jaon
kuch or bhatak lon mai, hasrat mai na mer jaon
her rah ka aalm or, her gaam pe so so rang
socha k edher jaon, chaha k udher jaon
kuch or khatak thi tab, ab or kask si hai
muddat hoe nikla tha, ab jee mai hai ghar jaon
viraani-e-manzil ka afsana he keh daalon
koi to to sabaq seekhay, kuch kaam to ker jaon
mai gard-e-safer behter, mai khaak sehi Raheel
wo bhi to uraaye ga, khud kiyon na bikher jaon??
