Food Recipe for Mughlai kabab
Ingredients: Cottage cheese 2 packet Onion sliced 1 Garlic 1 clove Egg white 2 Chicken flay 3 Bread slices 4 Green chili sliced 4 Almond sliced 20 Green coriander sliced ½ bunch Mint sliced ½ bunch Black pepper chopped 1tsp White cumin powder 1tsp Chicken cube’s white flour 1tbsp Fresh cream 2tbsp Bread crumbs as require Oil for frying Salt to taste Method: Boil 3 chicken flays with 1 clove of garlic, 2 black pepper and salt. Mix well the chicken with 20 sliced almonds, 2 packets of cottage cheese, 4 bread slices, 4 green chili sliced, 1 onion sliced, salt to taste, 2 tbsp of fresh cream, 1 tsp of black pepper chopped, ½ bunch of green coriander sliced, ½ bunch of mint sliced and 1 tbsp of chicken cube’s white flour and make kababs of them. Dip the kababs in 2 egg white and mix with bread crumbs. Shallow fry the kababs from both the sides till it turns into golden brown. Dish them out on a piece of tissue paper till the oil gets dry. Mughlai kabab is ready to serve. |
