Food Recipe for Banana fritters

Ingredients

Bananas 4
Eggs 2
White flour 1/2cup
Sugar 1/2cup
Baking powder 1tsp
Honey as required
Oil as required

Method:-

Combine the 1/2cup flour with 2 eggs , 1/2cup sugar and 1tsp baking powder.
Next peel the apples ,cut each lengthwise then into four pieces.
Heat oil in a wok, dip each piece of banana into the batter and deep fry until the fritters turn brown and crisp. Drain on a paper towel.
Drizzle some honey on top of the banana fritters and serve.
