Mobee today unveiled the Magic Bar, a standalone desktop accessory that can load the Magic Trackpad and Apple Bluetooth keyboard with inductive technology, (almost) without cables. All we have to do is upload the keyboard or trackpad with the Magic Bar replacing disposable batteries with the battery pack of Mobe, which are recharged simply by contact with the bar.
This is the same technology already seen in the inductive Powermat, which allows you to charge mobile / devices simply by resting on the surface. The Magic Bar is connected to the USB port of your computer. The price of the Magic Bar has not yet been revealed, but pre-orders start May 15 at the official site.
