Ampere's Law:
“Ampere's Law states that for any closed
loop path, the sum of the quantities (B.ds)
for all path elements into which the complete
loop has been divided is equal to the product
of µ0 and the total current enclosed by the
loop.”
and
Gauss’ Law:
The total of the electric flux out of a closed surface is equal to the charge enclosed divided by the permittivity.
