Application Form for Benevolent Fund (For the Children of Punjab Government of Pakistan)

Note: this form is also available on the Photo State Shops of your city...
Every student whose parent (Mother/Father) is a Government servant , can withdraw the Benevolent Fund from the Government of Punjab Pakistan.

Asslam-o-Alekum every body Any body have information about Application form for Employees of federal Government e.g Wapda Water etc. here the mentioned form is only for Employees of Punjab Government. so plz help me if you have any idea. Thnkx in advance

Abh kia kahon jee..

Mujhay tu sirf yehi form mila tha ,
i don't know any other form.
yeh tu aap apnay Papa kay Office walon say pochain na... wohi loog hei sahi bata saktay hain.
This is about BZU Multan, And Son of BZU employess can submit this form, to get benvolent funds

It depends on the pay scale of your parent...

hum ne 3 times apply kia tha..

1 baar . 14k milay thay year 2008
1 baar. 16 k milay year 2010

aur aik baar pata nahi kia hua.. kuch bhi nahi mila....

My mom pay scale was 18 ... and 19...
