na ashqi mai qarar paya
na wasal lamhay hi raas aye
na hijer he ham guzaar paye
ajeeb chahat k marhalay hain
na jeet paye, na haar paye
na teri yadon ki dhund uteti
na dil k daman ko jhaar paye
na ankhean khwabon ko dhund pa'ean
na khwaab ankhon ko dhund paye
ajab tmasha ye.......

Ma trap trap k jia to kya, maray khwab mujh sa bichar gae
Ma udas ghar ki sada sahi mujhy da na koi tasalian
Ye fiza jo gard o ghubar ha meri bekasi ka mazar ha
Ma wo phool hon jo na khil saka, meri zindgi ma wafa kahan
Chali aisi dard ki andhian maray dil ki basti ujar gai
Ye jo raakh si hay bhuji bhuji, hain isi me meri nishanian...
