I Have also installed Ubuntu7.10 on My Laptop... And Learning how to manage it... I have Learned most about the system of Linux... Like it detects devices and make file as /dev/sbd .or s I have also connected my pc to Internet using terminal with GPRS... I recomend to Use any Derivative of Linux, Almost all are same, But Command for Terminal have some difference eg: in Ubuntu we Use "Sudo apt-get install ---" to Install anyting and In Fedora Core 6 we Use "Yum install ---" If You want to get CD's of UBUNTU use this link http://shipit.ubuntu.com  |
