ranks.gulgasht.com ko kisi nay hack kar lia tha, that is why is account ko suspend kar diya hay

bzupages per jo quran wala plugin tha, us main bhi security threat tha, i have upgraded its protected version last night. but us new version main UTF-8 urdu/arabic use ho rahi hay, But site main jo already posts hain wo windows-1256 use kar rahi hay, abh mujhay sab posts ko edit karna paray ga...
