woh aankhein sochti kab thin woh chehrah bolta kab tha?

usey khud ko ganwaney ka huner bakhsha hai kis rutt ne?
woh apna aks gehrey paaniyon mein gholta kab tha!

main darta hun ye fasl-e-hijr ki saazish na ho warna
woh apney qeemti aansoo hawa mein rolta kab tha?

yaqeenan phootti hein mastiyan us ki adaon se
wagar na ru'baru us k zamana dolta kab tha?

ghalat fehmi k saaey darmiyan bichtey gaey "Mohsin"
