| Recipe for Mango frozen salad

Green peas boiled 1 cup
Mango 1
Potato boiled 2
Carrot boiled 2
Capsicum 2
Pineapple 4
Cucumber 2
Fresh cream 2 packets
Mayonnaise 1 bottle
Salt as required
White pepper 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Gelatin 1 tbsp
Frozen salad
In a bowl dissolve 1tbsp gelatin in 2 tbsps of water. Heat water in a frying pan. Place the bowl in the frying pan and stir until all the gelatin has dissolved. Turn the flame off and allow the gelatin to cool.
In a mould whip one bottle of mayonnaise with 2 packets of cream .Then add all the chopped vegetables, pineapples, mango, white pepper, sugar and gelatin. Mix well. One and a half hour before serving refrigerate the salad.
To unmold, place salad in ring mold upside down on serving plate. Rinse a clean kitchen towel in hot water or put the mould in warm water and wring out. Then hold the mold and plate together and shake gently. The salad should drop right out of the mold.
