Omega 3 is so healthy for us we really should strive to increase the levels. The brain is made up of a high percentage of omega 3 fats. So it just makes sense that a diet low in the fats that make p the brain would cause many problems of the brain like Alzheimer's, adhd, depression etc. So increase your omega 3 levels and just as important lower your omega 6 levels.
