Na fughaN ho gii na hi shor machane wale

Ab ke gulshan ma ajab khoon ki barish ho gi
Raakh ho jaeiN ge sab aag lagane wale

Ma sar-e-hash'r tera naam pukarooN ga kabhi
Mere qatil, ay meri raakh bahane wale

Khud ko har baar bulandi se ma girta dekhooN
Juab bhi yaad aaeiN mujhe loag uthane wale

Ishq hai, beh'r nahi, aass kinare ki na rakh
Doob jaeiN ge sabhi tair ke jane wale

Meri aankhoN ko koi khwaab thamate jao
Mujh ko neendoN se sar-e-sham jagane wale
