زلفِ برہم سنبھال کر چلئے
راستہ دیکھ بھال لر چلئے

موسمِ گل ہے اپنی بانہوں کو
میری بانہوں میں ڈال کر چلئیے

میکدے میں نہ بیٹھے تاہم
کچھ طبعیت بحال کر چلئیے

کچھ نہ دیں گے تو کیا زیاں ہو گا
حرج کیا ہے سوال کر چلئیے

ہے اگر قتلِ عام کی نیت
جسم کی چھب نکال کر چلئیے

کسی نازک بدن سے ٹکرا کر
کوئی کسبِ کمال کر چلئیے

یا دوپٹہ نہ لیجئیے سر پر
یا دوپٹہ سنبھال کر چلئیے
