Wo FRC ni :p RFC hay :p Request for Comments ... jab bhi koi new standards bantay hain tu uss k developers apna proposal ki RFC post kartay hain jis par baqi log comments daitay hain k iss me kia chez achi hay aur buri hay aur kia improve karna chahiay etc...
