first open photoshop

now open a new project

file > new

now i chosed 1024*960

u can choose what ever u like makes no diffrence

width and height depends on yourself

now press ok

then:

Filter > Render > Clouds

now we add something like clouds to our project

then

Filter > Blur > Radial Blur

set these option like here:

Amount:38

Blur Method : Spin

Quality : Best

now press ok

then go to

Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur

Radius : 2


then press ok and then :

Filter > Sketch > Bas Relief

set them like that:

Detail : 13

Smoothness :13

Light : Buttom

then press ok and then do these things

Filter > Sketch > Chrome

Detail :5

Smoothness : 2


now it`s the time to make it colorfull

now press Ctrl+U now we can see Hue/Saturation

and then prepare them like this:

Hude : 212

Saturation : 34

Lightness : 0

Now we are finished
