Thumbs up Shutdown, Restart your PC Immediately
If you want to Shutdown or Restart your Computer with in 2 or 3 seconds,

Do This:

Goto Taskmanager , Press and Holde the Ctrl Key select Turnoff or Restart
from the Taskmanager you will see the magic.

Yes ho jata hay.. it is working,.. but mujhay yeh nahi pata iss say hard disk ka kia nuqsaan ho sakta hay...
