Sanjay Dutt’s ‘Agneepath’ look have left a lot of fans astonished and are eagerly waiting for the film’s release.
Dutt, opens up about how difficult it was for him to look that way. Initially, SD refused to shave off his head as he had other projects, too, to complete.
“Since I had a couple of other films lined up for release after Agneepath, I could not have shaved off my hair….I had told Karan I will not shave off hair. But due to the intensity of the heat and the make-up getting melted, I had to do that,” Dutt is quoted as saying by a news agency.
“I had put on this prosthetic make-up for my character in the film…it used to melt within an hour due to the heat. The temperature was around 48 degrees. We had called this make-up artist from abroad…I used to go mad in that hot temperature. So I thought I better shave off my hair”, he further added.
The film will picture him in a never-seen-before avatar. He plays the baddie ‘Kancha Cheena’, who seizes property forcibly and illegeally. He runs underworld rackets, too.
The remake version stars Priyanka Chopra opposite Hrithik Roshan, in the lead. The film releases on January 13th, 2012.
