Why do you want to use run?
In internet lab, there is used windows 2003 as a terminal server (may be including DHCP & TFTP)...
And on thin clients we just use our accounts, and our accounts are limited...
and in win 2003 Limited account has no option for RUN ...

So you cannot directly use Run...
Further if you want to run any thing from windows Folder or System or System32 Folder... You can directly go and access it from the C drive (as they have given access to it)... But this access will also be read only... means you can't change any thing...

Thanks
