It's easy to be strong. You just have to lose your fear of seeming weak. When we dwell too long on our social standing, we become disempowered. By caring too much about how we may be judged, we grow dependent on approval and applause. The integrity of our individuality is compromised. We must, of course, be aware of people's feelings - and sensitive to them. Weakness that stems from a desire to avoid doing harm, is strength.
