Understandably, Aamir Khan is excited about his directorial debut, Taare Zameen Par that hit the theatres last week. The actor has been sending SMSes to his friends and fellow colleagues urging them to watch the film and send their feedback. Good friend Shah Rukh Khan was also amused to receive a few messages from Aamir last week.
A reliable source says, "Aamir is busy gathering feedback from people. He is particularly keen to know what Shah Rukh thinks of Taare Zameen Par. SRK has promised to watch the film at the earliest."
However, Shah Rukh is yet to watch the film. The actor has not been keeping too well and didn't find time to catch the film. Naturally, he didn't get back to Aamir with his comments. An enthusiastic Aamir sent another SMS to the actor and this time around a humorous SRK couldn't resist but talk about the incident with his friends.
The bunch had a good laugh and apparently, SRK said that Aamir is a fine actor and he will always do better (than Shah Rukh) but SRK will always be the one to earn more money at the box office.
A source close to SRK says, "Yes, Aamir left numerous messages on Shah Rukh's phone. The latter hasn't watched the film yet and as far as box office is concerned, Om Shanti Om has broken all records."
It was not too long ago when Aamir turned down Farah Khan's request to feature in the lavish song of Om Shanti Om (OSO) that had 31 stars.
Later when quizzed about Shah Rukh's six-pack abs Aamir even went on to say that he will sport eight-pack abs. Recently, Aamir had confessed in interviews that he didn't watch OSO and therefore, couldn't comment on the content of the film.
