Husbands will be sorry… Wives say thank you – this is what the poster of the film Thank You says. Directed by Anees Bazmee, the film is an out-and-out comedy starring Akshay Kumar, Sonam Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Irrfan Khan, Celina Jaitley, Sunil Shetty and Rimi Sen.
Sonam is paired opposite Akki for the first time. She plays a tennis player while Akki is a playboy who falls in love with her. The film is shot in exotic locales of Canada: Vancouver and Niagra Falls.
Sonam has posted many photographs from the sets of Thank You on her Twitter account. She looks awesome with Akshay and that is also the USP of the film. The bombshell Mallika Sherawat has been roped in to do an item song in the film.
