They should also invite members of commissions, women in civil services, alumni of the college and eminent scholars to provide valuable personal insights to the aspirants of these examinations. These centers should also develop linkages with recruitment agencies of the public sector entities so that vacancies are intimated to them and they in turn pass on the information to their graduates. The scope of CDCs is expanded by including the corporate sector in is ambit. The female students of the universities are to be encouraged to join decision making employments/ positions in the different cadres in corporate sectors. These centers are also to take care of the skills development aspect for better preparing the university graduates to the needs of modern day corporate world in the newly emerging fields of Management, Banking & Finance, Telecom and other developing sectors.
