Nothing happened on my laptop..
I think It's not exactly the feature of Win Xp..
But it would be the feature of Your Graphic card's software .. I mean to say that when you had installed your drivers of GFX card. you might have done it using a setup wizard, and it also have installed a simple app which is running & receives the keys and then send instruction to Graphic card
