Doctor nay pathan ko samjhaya kay agar wo roozana 3 KM paydal chalay ga tu 1 saal main uska 30KG weight kam ho jaye ga.


Aik saal baad pathan nay Dr ko call ki aur kaha Kochha wazan to kam ho giya per aik masla hay
