Still there are reasons ...
The First reason is "He loves her"...
If this is not the reason then He should love every one ...
and If you try to explore the basis of that love there definitely be something because of which he loves her ... May be friendship or something else ...

Does Love need a Reason...??
Love is something that can't be explained or it can't be seen but one can feel it. The question arises "who can feel love?". As per my little knowledge answer may be "The one who is in love".
