I have seen some members are uploading BMP pictures, So please avoid to upload BMP pictures, because BMP format is 15 times larger than normal JPG files, better is to convert that file image into JPG , using MS Paint

Start Menu >> All Programs >> Accessories >> Paint


Open BMP file, click on file menu, then save as then select filetype .jpg before saving...
