Food Recipe for Vegetable Jalfrezi 1 Attachment(s) Ingredients
Method In a cooking pot, add 3 to 4 whole red chilies and ½ cup oil. Allow cooking for 2 minutes, then add 2 chopped carrots, 1 cup peas, 1 cabbage and 2 chopped onions and stir fry. Then add 1 tbsp sliced ginger, salt to taste, 3 sliced green chilies and 1 tsp crushed black pepper and mix. Chop 2 potatoes length wise as you do for French fries and deep fry. Add fried potatoes, 1 tbsp white vinegar, 2 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tbsp tomato sauce and 1 tbsp ground white cumin and mix. Allow simmering for 10 minutes. Top with 1 bunch sliced coriander and serve with plain rice. |
