Internet addiction spoiling the youth of Pakistan.....

Here is an article about the internet addiction and about the adddiction of porn sites. In pakistan there is not restriction over the use of porn sites but the PTA can very easily banned any porn site in Pakistan and then this culture would be reduced.. but I couldn't understand why PTA not banning these sites...

is PTA getting any benefits for these sites owners..................?
