Hijar ka taara doob chala ha dhalnay lagi hay raat wasi

Qatra qatra bars rahi hay ashkon ki barsat wasi

Taray baad yah duniya walay mujh ko pagal kar dain gay

Khushbu kay dais main mujh ko lay chal apnay sath wasi

Yuonhi chup ki mohr laga kar kab tak gumsum betho gay

Khamoshi say dam ghut’ta hay chero koi baat wasi

Aaj to us ka chehra bhi kuch badla badla lagta hay

Mausam badla duniya badli badal gayay halat wasi
