Mujhe manzilon ka gumaan bhi tha
Mujhe raaston ki khabar bhi thi
Main bashar jo tha mera dil bhi tha
Mere dil mein rang bikhairti hui
Khaahishon ka hujoom bhi tha
Meri zindagi ki khalaaon mein
Kai tairtay hue khawab thay
Mujhe maangne ka shaoor tha
Mere lab pe harf-e-dua bhi tha
Main bashar jo tha
Mujhe roshni ki talab to thi
Mujhe raaston ki khabar to thi
Mujhe manzilon ka gumaan to tha
Tu ne phir bhi kaise samajh liya
Koi aarzoo koi raasta
Koi roshni koi zindagi
Mujhe tujh se barh kar azeez hai
Kabhi is taraf se guzar hua
To nazar bacha ke yeh dekhna
Tere baad jitni basar hui
Usay umr kehna durust hai.........
