Re: Pakistan's First Gore Film Directed BY: Umer Khan Pakistan is not generally known for its horror films, but Omar Khan's debut feature may change that single-handedly. With a nod to the best gore films of the 60s, 70s and 80s, Hell's Ground is a great tribute to Romero, Hooper, Raimi, et al. When a group of teenagers take a shortcut through the woods to get to a rock concert, you just know things are going to end badly. Stranded, lost and alone they are soon attacked by zombies, maniacs and a flail-swinging psychopath in costume (who would give Leatherface or Jason a run for their money). Bloody good fun!
