wasise meri urdu bohat week ha phir bhi kooshis kerta hn

yani "Ikhtayaar - e - Tarranum" yani ganay k music say mehzooz ho ker mushkarahat ki bohat he payari si "pose" yani expression dena......lol

waise mujhay bhi meri explanation per hansi aaa rahi ha ....
aesi poetry ki smjh tu aa jati ha per explain kerna mushkil hoota ha becoz yeh feeling hooti hain jo sirf mehsoos hooo sakti hain explain nahi.
tabhi tu essko poetry kehtay hain yani bohat bari feelings ko ek line mein bata dena

With regard to your poetry, I think there should be Jilla instead of jalla. I mean you typed جَلا it should be جِلا or it may be tabassum ki roshni jalla dena.It shouldn't be tabassum ki roshni ki jalla dena.

If it is tabassum ki roshni jala dena then it's meaning i think is:

By singing a song creat or develop a scene that make me happy.
