How do you construct a double-stem leaf plot display with one-digit leaves? How do you construct a double-stem leaf plot display with one-digit leaves? It's easiest to show by an example. If you have the data {10,11,12,13,14,14,15,16}, then your plot should look like 1: 0,1,2,3,4,4 1*: 5,6 So, for example, the two fours in the bottom thing correspond to the two 14's in the data. The 4's are example of one digit leaves (one digit, since 4 is just one digit of the number, and that's the leaf part of a stem and leaf plot). |
