Punjab Education Minister Mian Mujtaba Shuja-ur-Rehman has said the government is providing modern education to children and 80,000 children have been admitted to government schools from private schools.
Talking to a delegation of students, he said that 108,000 schools were providing education to children in the province and one teacher was available for 31 students whereas after new recruitment, one teacher would be available for 29 students.
He said a curriculum authority would be established in the province.F.P. Report.
