Samsung Pakistan is worst company regarding Customer Services
 

A friend of mine have issue with his newly purchased samsung mobile phone, he had return it to teletec for the repairing as it is warranted by Teletec but they've not responding him any more about the cell phone, then he contacted to samsung pakistan through e mail but there was still no response...

he then post a status on Facebook Fan page of Samsung Pakistan and then samsung pakistan gave him reply there but not resolving the issue.

My issue is this that when i've commented there about the poor customer services of Samsung they've banned me.. this is very bad and annoying.. they Samsung Company didn't know that the complaints should be resolved not banned the persons who complains...
