You have to eat them as opposed to drinking the juice. This does two things: The bulk in eating the fruit is good (prevents colon cancer). You can inspect them as you eat so that you watch out for those guys....... Your tummy will better after you have had a few motion. Take Pepto Bismal, but if you start to get diarreah you ought to something else. In any case your system will get rid of something it did not like. So, give it time.
