Windows Security Center Service Can't be Started (How to resolved in Windows 7?)

After removing malware from your computer sometime the windows security service will not start.

To fix this just run "services.msc" from the run prompt or search box in Windows 7 start menu . Scroll down to Security Center and double click on it, then change start up type to Automatic and click apply, then click the start button on that window, close the services window and restart your computer then your good to go.

Look,is this right?I go to >Start or press the Winkey button then > in the search bar I entered services then I press enter::this is what came up (Component Services)

Then I got to Services (Local) and this is what came up

Then somebody said that ::

Go to > Start >type Services > Press Enter > Go to Services (local) > below click Standard > scroll down to find (Security Center) > Look at the Startup type if it is Disabled > Right-Click then click Properties and in General tab click Startup Type then Choose Automatic > Then click Start Service and it work...but soon after The Notification in my Taskbar (PC Issues) pops-up a Notification like this::
