Recipe for Meat Roll 1 Attachment(s) Attachment 23567 Ingredients ½ kg beef undercut 2 egg whites 4 lemons 1 tsp crushed black pepper 1 tbsp red chili flakes 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp raw papaya paste 3 tbsp Bihari kebab masala Oil to requirement Spring roll stripes as required Salt to taste Method Hammer ½ kg beef undercut and mix with juice of 4 lemons, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tbsp red chili flakes, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp raw papaya paste, 3 tbsp Bihari kebab masala and salt to taste and keep aside. In a pan, heat some oil and fry beef slices. Wrap beef slice with spring roll stripes and seal with egg white. In a wok, heat oil and fry meat rolls until they turn golden brown. Serve Meat Rolls with tomato ketchup. |
