Ingredients
1 kg beef mince
1 bunch sliced coriander
2 eggs
4 slices of bread
4 crushed green chilies
1 tbsp crushed black pepper
1 tbsp chicken cubes’ flour
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp white vinegar
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

Method
Mix 1 kg mince kebab with 1 bunch sliced coriander, 2 eggs, 4 slices of bread, 4 crushed green chilies, 1 tbsp crushed black pepper, 1 tbsp chicken cubes’ flour, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp white vinegar and salt to taste and keep aside. In a wok, heat oil for frying. Form mince meat mixture into small balls and deep fry on low flame. When kebabs are a nice golden brown color, place them on an absorbent sheet. Serve Mix Meat Mince kebab with your favorite dip.
