Food Recipe for Chicken Nuggets 1 Attachment(s) Ingredients
Method Crush ½ kg boneless chicken. Add 2 tbsp corn flour, salt to taste, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp white pepper powder, 2 tbsp soya sauce and 2 tbsp white vinegar and mix well. Keep aside for 20 minutes. Dip chicken boti in beaten eggs and coat with bread crumbs. In a wok, heat oil and deep fry chicken nuggets on medium flame until golden brown. Chicken nuggets are ready to serve. |
