R hay so simple ,, Iss ka tu mujhay khud say pata chal giya tha, World kay center main bhi R hay, Paris kay center main bhi.. isi tarah Tower kay end aur Road Race kay start main bhi R hay...

Because 3rd millennium was started not 2nd... on 1st jan of 2001

1st millenium = 0001-1000
2nd millenium= 1001-2000
