 Japanese Metro Train...  Japanese Metro subway last train time Usually about 12:30AM! Depending on which city you are in and what line the train is running on, just past midnight seems to be when last train leaves. It is important to check this information in advance as it really does depend on each train! You might find that the Metro in Tokyo runs slightly later than the subway networks in other cities so always check beforehand to be sure.
