خواب آنکھوں میں پِرونے کی اجازت دے دے
اے شبِ غم مجھے سونے کی اجازت دے دے

یا سلیقے سے نبھا رسمِ رفاقت مجھ سے
یا کسی اور کا ہونے کی اجازت دے دے
